How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance for custom cakes and 3 months for wedding cakes. During peak seasons, our schedule fills up quickly—book early!

Pricing & Payment
How are your cakes priced?
Each cake is priced based on size, design complexity, and flavors. We’ll provide a quote once we understand your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Custom cakes require a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery. Charges vary depending on location and order size. Get in touch for a quote.
Can I collect my cake?
Yes, pickups are available from our location by appointment. We’ll confirm timing after your order is finaliSed.
Dietary Needs & Allergies
Do you offer allergy-friendly or dietary-specific cakes?
We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options upon request. However, all cakes are made in a kitchen that handles allergens, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store my cake?
Store your cake in THE FRIDGE OR a cool, dry place. TAKE YOUR ORDER OUT OF THE FRIDGE AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. After cutting, wrap slices or place them in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
How long will my cake stay fresh?
Our cakes are best enjoyed within 3–5 days.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can be made up to 72 hours before delivery or pickup, depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
