TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Sprinkled By Giselle, each cake is a custom creation, made with care, time, and planning. Because of this, we have a firm cancellation and refund policy to protect the value of our work and the costs we incur.


Cancellation Policy

Orders under $200 (Standard Cakes): Cancellations made 7 days or more before the pick-up/delivery date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total paid.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Orders over $200 (Custom/ Tiered Cakes & Wedding Cakes): Require a non-refundable 25% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: the remaining 50% (if paid) will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.


Late Changes

Any MAJOR changes to the design, date, or size must be requested at least 7 days in advance. ANY MINOR CHANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED UP TO 72 HOURS BEFORE PICKUP. We will do our best to accommodate, but we reserve the right to decline changes based on scheduling and production limitations.

No-Show or Same-Day Cancellations

Orders not picked up or canceled on the day of delivery/pick-up are considered forfeited, with no refund or credit.

Postponements

We allow one date change, provided we are given at least 7 days’ notice and are available on the new date. Postponements are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

UNFORESEEN circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness, medical emergency, natural disasters), we will work with you to reschedule your order. Refunds in such cases will be assessed individually
